富华公司拥有世界上最大的半挂车车轴等配套零部件制造生产基地，占地30万平方米，建筑面积18万平方米；拥有各类数控机床600多台，通用设备1000多台；轴体生产线与热处理生产线各8条，全自动涂装线8条，半自动装配线6条等等；年产车轴80万支、支腿20万对、悬挂系统10万套、鞍座10万座，以及制动摩擦片700万片。

    Fuwa has the largest production base of axle and special parts for semi-trailer in the world, It covers a ground area of 300 thousands square meters which consists 180 thousands square meters of production building. It owns over 600 sets of numerical control equipment, and 1000 pieces of various general production machineries. There are 8 PLC-controlled hot forming automatic production lines, 8 PLC-controlled heat treatment lines, 8 automatic axle painting lines and 6 automatic axle assembly lines. The productive capacity of semi-trailer axle is 800 thousands pieces per year，an annual capacity of landing gear of 200 thousands sets,  suspension of 100 thousands sets, and brake lining of 7 millions pieces.
